- Notarized copy of ‘State Registration Certificate’;
- Notarized copy of Company’s ‘Charter or Memorandum of Association (MOA);

- Declaration of Beneficial Ownership /download here/;
- Copy of ID card of the authorized personnel to dispose with an account;
