TransBank and the School of Business Administration and Humanities at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand cooperation, strengthen human resource capacity in the banking and financial sector, and support the development of future professionals.

The MoU was signed by E. Munkhjargal, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of TransBank, and G. Battuvshin, Director of the School of Business Administration and Humanities at MUST. The partnership marks an important step toward strengthening collaboration between higher education and the banking and financial sector while establishing a foundation for long-term and sustainable cooperation.

Under the agreement, the two parties will work together to support workforce development in the banking and financial industry, prepare students for real-world professional environments, and continuously enhance the knowledge and skills of industry professionals. Planned initiatives include workplace-based training, internships and professional placements, joint research projects, as well as education and development programs focused on industry trends and innovation.

The partnership will also promote students’ career development, enhance professional orientation, improve the quality and accessibility of education, support academic and research activities, and contribute to the improvement of the learning environment through a series of phased initiatives.
