TransBank and the Business School of the National University of Mongolia (NUM) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster collaboration in education, human capital development, research and innovation, and the cultivation of future professionals for the banking and financial sector.

The MoU was signed by E. Munkhjargal, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of TransBank, and Professor N. Batnasan, Director of the Business School at the National University of Mongolia. The signing ceremony was attended by Professor M. Doljin, Executive Director of the Business School, along with representatives and officials from both institutions.

Under the agreement, the two parties will work together to enhance the knowledge and skills of students and graduates, equip them with practical competencies required in the workplace, and jointly implement internship programs, professional training, research initiatives, and development projects. The partnership also aims to support the development and capacity building of human resources for the banking and financial industry through a wide range of collaborative activities.

Furthermore, the two institutions will place particular emphasis on introducing students to real-world working environments at an early stage, providing opportunities to learn from industry best practices, supporting career development and professional orientation, and promoting joint research and innovation initiatives. These efforts are expected to strengthen the synergy between academia and industry while maximizing the benefits of university-business collaboration.
