- If you lose your card, please call 1800-9999 to report it and have it closed. Alternatively, you can visit the nearest branch of the Transport Development Bank with your ID card to close your card. If you are registered for internet banking, you can log in to the e-banking app or web version and change your card status directly.

If you are abroad: You can close your card by calling 976-7223-9999 or by sending a request to info@transbank.mn from your registered email address
- You can use your internet banking app or web version to get a new PIN code or visit our bank branch near you to update your card PIN code.
