- Applying for the appropriate visa category to Immigration Agency of Mongolia
- Apply for a visa at a Mongolian embassy or consulate abroad or at a Mongolian border crossing.
- Must register within 7 business days after arriving in Mongolia.
- Must apply for residence permit at the Immigration agency of Mongolia within 21 days after entry
