Requirements

  • Must be a business entity operating within the territory of Mongolia;
  • The cashmere processing enterprise must be listed in the list issued by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry (MOFALI).;
  • Be an enterprise with a cashmere fiber sorting facility or a factory with more advanced processing stages;
  • Must meet the bank’s required financial ratio standards;
  • Must have collateral that meets the bank’s requirements;
  • Must have no history of non-performing loans with banks or non-bank financial institutions, and no outstanding overdue loan balances;
  • Other;
