- To request an increase in your Internet Banking transaction limit, please visit any branch of TransBank in person with your valid identification documents. Alternatively, you may submit a formal request via email to info@transbank.mn for assistance.
- For Corporate Customers:
- An authorized representative may submit a request from the organization’s registered official email address to info@transbank.mn. Alternatively, the organization may visit any branch of TransBank in person with an official letter and relevant supporting documents.

Customers may use a One-Time Password (OTP) in the following situations:
- When accessing Internet Banking from a new device.
- When the username or password has been forgotten.
- As an additional security measure to verify high-value transactions and mitigate potential risks.
If you forget your username or password, the OTP can be delivered to your registered email address or via SMS.
Please note: The OTP consists of 6 digits and is valid for 2 minutes.
- Please contact the Customer Service Center at 1800-9999 using your registered phone number to request a reset
- To access the “Forgot Username or Password” section on the Internet Banking platform or Mobile Banking app, where you can enter your registration number to initiate the recovery process.
For your security and privacy, please note that your password will be locked after five consecutive incorrect attempts.
For Individual Customers:
- To register for Internet Banking, please visit any branch of TransBank in person with your valid identification documents.
For Corporate Customers:
Corporate customers can register for Internet Banking by visiting any branch of TransBank with the following documents:
- An official request letter signed by an authorized representative
- Company documents stamped with the official seal
- Other relevant supporting documents
