- If you lose your card, please call 1800-9999 to report it and have it closed. Alternatively, you can visit the nearest branch of the Transport Development Bank with your ID card to close your card. If you are registered for internet banking, you can log in to the e-banking app or web version and change your card status directly.

- You can use your internet banking app or web version to get a new PIN code or visit our bank branch near you to update your card PIN code.
- Credit card repayment invoices will be sent to you via text message or email on the 1st of each month. Customers can pay the estimated amount on the invoice by the 20th of that month via internet banking or at any branch.
