Sainjargal Sukhbaatar graduated Tomsk State University’s School of Law in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a Russian government scholarship.
She has been the Secretary of the Board of Directors at Credit Bank since 2019, during which time he attended Corporate Governance training for members and secretaries of the Company’s Board of Directors.
Sainjargal has been the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Transport and Development Bank since August 2021.
Battulga Khurelbat has been serving as a Director of the Internal Audit Department since April 2023.
He has oсer 13 years of audit and inspection banking experience, and he was an auditor, senior auditor at Saving Bank’s Internal Audit Division during 2010- 2013, Senior auditor at State Bank’s Internal Audit Division during 2013-2019, and Director of the Internal Audit Department during 2019- 2021. In 2021-2023, he was appointed as the Director of the Distance control Department and the Director of the General audit Department in the Transport and Development Bank.
Mr. Battulga holds graduated from Ulaanbaatar’s Secondary School No. 11 with advanced training in Physics and Mathematics in 2006, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the National University of Mongolia in 2010, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the National University of Mongolia in 2022. He attended corporate governance certification training.
