What should a customer do if he/she lost his/her card? If you are in Mongolia

  • As soon as you find out that you have lost your card, please contact Customer Service Center at phone number 7716-9999 and block the access to the lost card. You can also visit any branch of the TransBank with your identification card (ID card) to block the card.
  • If you are a TransBank online bank user, you may change your card status directly by logging in to the e-banking app and web version.

If you are abroad:
Please contact at +(976) 8888-4299 or you can block your card by sending a request to info@transbank.mn from your registered email address.
